- Using compliance obligations as a foundation for improved performance. The purpose of this session is to frame compliance in a positive light and as a foundation for improved organisational performance. The earlier speakers will have touched upon compliance obligations as a foundation for improved performance but this session brings that subject into sharper relief. Good governance is a, if not the, foundation of great performance by an organisation and this session will introduce that idea. This session closes the series with reasons for a positive commitment to good governance.5
